[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]
Levent builds AI systems that non-technical stakeholders need to understand, trust, and govern. Your role is to design the interfaces that make that possible — dashboards, workflow builders, status monitors, approval flows. You will work directly with engineering and client success, and your designs will ship.
[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]
- Design interfaces for AI governance and monitoring dashboards
- Prototype and validate new features with real client users before engineering builds them
- Maintain and evolve the Levent design system (components, tokens, motion principles)
- Work with engineers to spec interactive behaviour precisely enough to implement without back-and-forth
- Contribute to the visual identity of client-facing deliverables
[ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ]
- 4+ years professional product design experience for web applications
- Strong visual craft — typography, colour, density, responsive layout
- Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, prototyping)
- Experience designing data-dense UIs: tables, charts, timelines, status systems
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped products, not just concepts
- Clear, independent working style suited to async collaboration across time zones
[ NICE TO HAVE ]
- Experience designing AI or data products
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and React component boundaries
- Background in B2B enterprise software design
